Jaya is a Human Resources practitioner specializing in Organization Design, Culture, Talent, and Rewards. She also enjoys gardening and is an accomplished cook. She particularly enjoys creating dishes from the Asian cuisine.

• Jaya has 20+ years of HR experience across Unilever, Nestle and Maersk and GN Store Nord
• Jaya has been a hands-on practitioner and has built teams across supply chains at the front line and at senior leadership levels in the organization.
• Jaya works with clients from Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial, and 3PL/Logistics sectors.

Shub has 15 years of experience in people management functions. She started her career in recruitment and executive search. For the last 6 years, she has focussed on “Transformation” working with mid to senior professionals for their career transformation through coaching, facilitating, and consulting. She is an ICF member and ACTA certified and has also partnered with organizations like WSG, INSEAD, SMU, and NetExpat in creating and delivering various programs.

Shub leads our Organizational Development business and is curating frameworks to transform your organization’s workforce by collaborating with world-class facilitators and trainers from the Supply Chain space. As with everything in Alcott Global, our frameworks and programs are specially created to meet the needs of the industry and then further customized to the needs of each organization.
